Fast service. Great selection of tiles at a good price. Just know that you need to check in first before you pick up your online order, but you don’t wait more than 30 min to get it. You also don’t get help unloading so make sure you are able to unload on your own. Staff are helpful.

The best and CHEAPEST tiles you will find! We put off tiling our new kitchen for ages as we thought it would be expensive – how wrong we were. The tiles cost just over $50 to do the splashback!!! All the grout and associated bits and pieces cost more. Very happy with the quality and exceptional price. When we are ready to finish our ensuite I know where we will be going to get out tiles

The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very happy with the quality of the tiles. Just make sure you take help because they only drop the load off at the pick bay next door but you have to load them. The warehouse crew on the forklifts were also friendly.

At tiles heaven! No gimmicks especially for us who know exactly what we want already. They display tiles as is, not prop it into a particular room design like some tiles showroom I’ve visited. The ordering and Pick up system is quick.

I have had an amazing experience with TFO. The marble tiles I ordered and had couriered to Brisbane are absolutely gorgeous and were priced almost $1000 less than what I would have paid for the same tiles elsewhere. I had courier issues (no fault of TFO whatsoever) and Alana in particular delivered above and beyond service trying to resolve the issue.
